Not sure why, but over the past little while kayakers have been getting arrested for, well doing illegal things.

What would Mr. T say?

Steven Manning of Woods Mill, Virginia got arrested after police watched him paddle up the Rockfish river in his kayak to tend to his marijuana patch.

He got arrested 5 years ago for the same thing...
