What to be a Design Director?
Tuesday, 12 December 2006

Patagonia is looking to hire a Design Director for the technical department. That would be a pretty cool job overseeing the design side of Patagonia. I would be happy to work in any job in that department. Well, let’s rephrase that, I would be happy to just sit and watch.

Quick Update
Friday, 08 December 2006

We added a canoeing video section to the site. We also added a bunch of wilderness canoeing related documents in our resource repository.I am still saddened by the death of James Kim. I was following the story for a couple of days via some bloggers before the mainstream news picked it up. Now that all the details are coming out, it is even sadder. What would I do in that situation? I don’t know. I can’t imagine how difficult of a decision it must have been to leave his family behind. My condolences to the Kim family.

Thursday, 07 December 2006

There, I hope everybody is happy. For those interested, this photo was taken by Liz Burnside. We were out on the Westerns in Georgian Bay. (The link will take you to Microsoft Maps. Zoom way out when you get there.)
