Boring Site News

I got the Instructors Forum back up and running. To celebrate the rebirth of the instructor forum, I started a new section called "Ask the Pros". Every once in a while I will post a question to all of you instructor pros out there and we are looking for a quick response. To get things started, we seeded it with two questions around instruction and paddling games.

Also, just because it is called the Instructors Forum, doesn't mean that it is only open to instructors. Anybody is welcome to join in.

Since it's there, why not participate?
Empty ClassroomOver the weekend, I adjusted the layout slightly for the downloadable teaching resources section of our little website. Hopefully it should be a little easier navigate through and download.

For the past couple of months, I have been looking around off and on for start charts for the Southern Hemisphere with little luck. Yesterday I finally found a great set for each month available in pdf format.

New Video Category: Kayak Surfing

By:
I found a bunch of new videos on the old youtube so I decided to add a new collection specifically for kayak surfing.

Also, I'm always on the hunt for new video so if you see anything that you like, I will probably love it as well.

RSS Feed IconSorry for the recent RSS feed bugs as of lately. A bunch of different software running the site used to play well together in the sandbox but a recent upgrade caused them to start arguing and throwing sand in each others eyes.

I think I got a work around solution to the RSS feed to stop working or send you to a different address when you clicked on it.

Site Updates and Bug Squishing

By:
This weekend has been a full weekend of working away on the backend of the site. We have updated the forum and just testing it now to make sure that everything is working fine. We will post a note when it gets back online. Look for it in a day or two.
