outdoor recreation law. His blog, Recreation
Law quickly analyzes trends and issues related to outdoor industry accidents,
and litigation.
Thought not designed to give you the final "lawyer's opinion";
it is a great resource to help keep you abreast of what is going on out there and
remind you to always keep up the standard of care that you are certified for.
Finally, keep in mind is that it mainly pertains to US laws so
things might be different in your neck of the woods so talk to your own lawyer
