Ferndale, Wash. - Necky® Kayaks, a leader in the design and development of performance kayaks, is pleased to introduce two new additions to their popular Looksha^TM kayak collection, the Looksha 12^TM and the Looksha 12 Si^TM.  Designed primarily for day touring and recreational paddling, the Looksha 12^TM models are easy to paddle, stable, maneuverable and fun.

The Looksha 12^TM is a high volume kayak designed to carry a load, while the Looksha 12 Si^TM is a lower volume boat engineered with smaller paddlers in mind. At 12-feet in length, the new Looksha^TM models are sleek, sporty, high-performance kayaks that offer great edge control with a smooth transition between primary and secondary stability.

The Looksha 12^TM and Looksha 12 Si^TM feature a host of performance characteristics including adjustable foot pegs, padded thigh braces, a comfortable Extrasport seat and reflective deck rigging for added safety.  Bow and stern hatches featuring the easy-opening Cross Lock System offer ample storage, while both Looksha 12 models include the option of adding a rudder.  Additionally, the Looksha 12Si^TM will be available in a number of women's specific colors.
