What a tragedy. I'm not sure what the organizers were thinking when they decided to get people together for what they called, "The Final Descent" of the Sava River in Slovenia. There was a hydro electronic dam in its final stages of construction and the river was about to be completely blocked...
What a tragedy. I'm not sure what the organizers were thinking when they decided to get people together for what they called, "The Final Descent" of the Sava River in Slovenia. There was a hydro electronic dam in its final stages of construction and the river was about to be completely blocked.
When are people going to learn that dams and people don't go together? The outcome is ALWAYS bad.
