for Sea Kayak Instructors. With over 460 pages of information, this Canadian
Government Publication is a very in-depth manual that covers almost every topic
of search and rescue seamanship.

distress signals. Not the most exciting reading but it documents the minimum
requirements for each type of flare in regards to things like burn time, water
